BITS Pilani has emerged as an Institution of Eminence in India, partnering with the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, for creating a unique academic opportunity for students. Here, for example, students will be able to pursue a dual degree programme, whereby both an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and that from the University at Buffalo would be accorded upon completion of the specified requirements by the programme.

Students admitted under this UBITS collaboration will have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse cultures and gain a truly global perspective. In this four-year collaborative ‘dual degree’ programme, students will spend the first two years along with a summer term at BITS Pilani campuses before transferring to UB in Buffalo, New York for the remaining two years (i.e., years three and four) of their study period. Our innovative curriculum combines the strengths of both academic environments, offering an outstanding education that would prepare them for success in today’s rapidly changing world.
