Dipti Harshad Vartak: Empowering Women to Build Home Bakeries & Find Financial Freedom through Baking
Regardless of age, nothing makes a birthday perfect like a home-cooked birthday cake from your mother. Dipti Harshad Vartak (Founder, Dipti Vartak Academy) has always dreamed of baking a special cake from scratch for her child's first birthday. But when the day came, the cake didn’t turn out as planned. Not only did the cream melt, but cracks appeared to ruin the cake and her long-cherished dream along with it. However, at that moment, though difficult, something changed in her.
Determined not to feel that way ever again, Dipti decided to learn everything she could about baking. What started as a determination to bake a better cake for her child grew into a love for entrepreneurship and teaching.
