    Employability of Indian engineering students has been a matter of concern for the industry for over a decade now. With an exponential increase in the number of substandard engineering colleges mushrooming in every corner of the country, the focus has unfortunately shifted from quality to quantity. In fact, the Annual Employability Survey 2019 by Aspiring Minds concluded that a whopping 80 percent of Indian engineers are not fit for any job in the knowledge economy.
