The Russian Education Agency, a joint initiative between Synergy Corporation and Innopraktika.India, has opened its first India office in New Delhi to support Indian students seeking higher education opportunities in Russia. The agency said its mission is to strengthen long-standing ties between the two countries and make Russian education more accessible to Indian applicants.

The New Delhi branch will act as a hands-on support center for students. Specialists will help applicants choose university programs, complete all admission steps, prepare necessary documents, and secure visas. The agency emphasized that its goal goes beyond providing information, it aims to guide students through the full journey until they receive admission.

Vadim Lobov, President of Synergy Corporation, said Russian universities continue the legacy of the well-respected Soviet education system. He noted that while many Indian professionals once studied in the USSR, the agency now hopes to help the next generation pursue degrees in Russia.

The agency plans to expand with new branches in Mumbai and Chennai by 2026 and expects to support the enrollment of more than 10,000 Indian students in the coming years.

Beyond education, the agency will also promote Russian language and culture. It has launched themed interactive school sessions to introduce students to Russian traditions and academic life. The first session, 'Bridge of Friendship: Russia and India', drew more than 1,000 high school students in Delhi.

Natalia Popova, First Deputy CEO of Innopraktika, said the agency aims to simplify the process for international applicants, ensuring they receive personalized support from interest to acceptance.
