Adani Skills and Education has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Kaushalya, The Skill University (KSU) to introduce a new set of industry-led courses at the university’s Shilaj campus in Gujarat. The agreement was finalized on Monday in the presence of state skill development minister Kunvarji Bavaliya, minister of state Kanti Amrutiya, and senior officials.
Under this partnership, Adani Skills and Education will offer specialized programs in high-demand areas such as green energy, ports and logistics, construction, and infrastructure. These courses are designed to equip students with hands-on skills and prepare them for emerging job opportunities across fast-growing sectors.
According to an official statement, KSU has also approved the establishment of a Centre for Capacity Building and Training for the academic year 2025-26. This center will be developed with support from various industries. Partner companies will invest in both capital and operational needs, ensuring that students train with updated tools, technology, and real-world exposure.

Industry partners will work closely with the university to design practical training modules that reflect the latest technological trends. The collaboration aims to strengthen Gujarat’s skill ecosystem and create a workforce ready for future industrial demands.
The state government said that initiatives like this will help bridge the gap between education and employment by bringing academia and industry together on one platform.
