The concept of company daycare was first presented in 2011 when a parent approached the founders with the request that a creche be established within their firm. This saw the birth of an independent vertical by the name of Elly Child Care, which has since made some serious headway throughout India, working with around 25 corporate companies to care for their inhouse nursery schools.

The facility offers full-service programs which cater to infants from six months all the way up to kindergarten, combining structured preschool schooling in the morning half of the day with developmentally appropriate daycare playtime in the afternoon half. The larger centers can accommodate up to 100 children, while the smaller ones can fit more intimate groups of 25-30, with one-on one focus.
