Late Narasu's R.P. Sarathy,FounderThe world today is driven by technology, and this in turn has driven a demand for engineers. Today, engineers are required not only on the shop floor, but in design, innovation, and R&D. While India produces a large number of engineering graduates every year, surveys indicate that only about twenty percent of them are employable. The majority of the graduates lack the skills that employers are looking for.

Narasus Sarathy Institute of Technology (NSIT) is an engineering institution located near Salem and is producing employable engineering graduates.
