There is no denying that education is the most effective investment that can secure the future of not just an individual, but of a country. Researches unveil that each additional year of education increases an individual’s income by 10 percent and improves a nation’s GDP by 18 percent. Albeit India is going in the right direction in this perspective, we still can’t break out of the habit of looking at the past, glorifying it and wishing to copy it, instead of looking forward and do things which will help the student for the next 40 years of his/her career.
