After completing his MBA in Marketing and HR in 2000, Virendra built an impressive career spanning diverse industries from hologram manufacturing at Holostick India Limited to flexible packaging at Flix Industries, electronic security systems at Zicom, and senior leadership roles at BPL Mobile, Tata, and Sony Pictures Networks.

The defining moment that shaped his path came when he mentored a small business owner on the verge of shutting down. With structured guidance and clear systems, he turned his business around within a year. That transformation made him realize his true calling, helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses with clarity and confidence.

In 2016, he transitioned from corporate executive to business coach and consultant, founding Velocity Xcelerator with a mission to empower business owners to build organizations that can grow without chaos.
