add to this, previously Jaba was a founding member of the management board at Centum Learning, a firm inside the Bharti Group valued at $16.5 billion. She has since shifted her focus to developing humanistic leaders worldwide.

Jaba’s coaching approach is greatly influenced by her journey, as she became a single mom and a breadwinner when her husband passed away before her child was born, raising an exceptionally talented 27-year-old daughter. She quotes her spiritual mentor, Dr. Daisaku Ikeda, “A great human revolution in just one individual will help achieve a change in the destiny of a nation and further, will enable a change in the destiny of all humankind”, as the guiding principle of her life.
