Although the management wants more entrepreneurs among their students, they suggest them to undergo the training well and experience industry professionalism before making a leap in their entrepreneurial venture. Hence, it provides a decent placement platform with a cent-percent record that has placed most of the alumnus in Wild kraft, Nestle, Grand Fresh, Karvy, Amul, KPMG, E&Y and other eminent companies. In fact, 50 percent of placement for 2018 has already been completed.

Schedules Reinvented
To develop a professional edge to their learning system, LEAD operates with a unique culture where they work for 40 days at a stretch with no breaks and take a week off thereafter. LEAD is open from 8:30AM-12AM to proffer theory, practical, and mentoring & addressing sessions by the faculty members along with evening sessions for Value added courses which includes NISM, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Business Analytics and many more.


Addressing, Mentoring, & LEAD Operating Team (LOT), are a regular affair in the campus. Each faculty (11 out of 24 are PhD holders) has 15 students to provide mentoring through group activities and presentations. LOT ingrains leadership and Entrepreneurship skills within the students’ DNA through diverse teams namely Canteen (shopping& managing the groceries, marketing, staffing, maintaining food quality, Accounting & auditing), LEADography (media related activities & events of the campus), Out Bound Training (students visit Panchayats, schools & colleges and conduct training programs), Administration, Admission, Placement & Hospitality,

Competition, Events, Arts & Sports, Greening & Housekeeping, and Institution Social Responsibility (conducting medical help, supporting schools, cleaning public areas & more), which are run by the students in every possible sphere.

Apart from the LOTs, a number of training sessions monitor students’ performance through a set of measures, such as mentoring students by specialists, de-schooling activities, Industry interactions, special focus on Entrepreneurship, Practical Business exposure, English speaking camps, coaching for foreign languages, Institutional Social Responsibility projects and Earn while you learn programs where student get opportunities to earn through various business activities like share trading, marketing, training, conducting events, and managing projects. Its outcome based training (OBT) wing provides tailor-made three-day adventure training programmes for professionals, students and youth to get in touch with the true spirit of life through exploration of nature.

LEAD has set up a Centre for Research Consultancy and Publication, with a view to promote research and publications apart from Entrepreneurship as well as facilitating research scholars to avail the guidance and consultancy service under one roof. A quarterly Journal called LEADER is well recognized among corporate and academicians. LEAD Campus has a well stocked library open for 24 hours, A/C seminar halls, swimming pool, on campus hostel facility, Computer lab, and High Bandwidth Internet connectivity, which enable students to have adequate access to all the latest standard software packages and information required in their daily life and a learning experience with ease.
