An accomplished worldwide company executive with a career of 30 years across various sectors, Jaba Sen Menon is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), having undergone training from Coaching Development, UK. This qualification has equipped her with a strong foundation in coaching concepts and techniques, guaranteeing her adherence to ethical norms and optimal practices in the field. Jaba held prominent leadership roles in esteemed organizations such as Reliance ADA group company, MCCANN Erickson, Publicis, and ONEWORLD International. To
add to this, previously Jaba was a founding member of the management board at Centum Learning, a firm inside the Bharti Group valued at $16.5 billion. She has since shifted her focus to developing humanistic leaders worldwide.

Jaba’s coaching approach is greatly influenced by her journey, as she became a single mom and a breadwinner when her husband passed away before her child was born, raising an exceptionally talented 27-year-old daughter. She quotes her spiritual mentor, Dr. Daisaku Ikeda, “A great human revolution in just one individual will help achieve a change in the destiny of a nation and further, will enable a change in the destiny of all humankind”, as the guiding principle of her life. Jaba’s constant pursuit of self-improvement is motivated by this idea, which those around her observe as she puts awareness into action. Over the years she has gained many clients’ trust by establishing a personal example and modelling the coaching goals. This has helped in creating the stage for profound change in her client’s lives.
