Various organisations face challenges with respect to ensuring the organisation’s smooth functioning. And amidst all these challenges, they use their own perspective in order to tag which one is the most difficult hurdle to surpass. While for some it is acquiring talent that goes in accordance with the organisation’s expertise, others believe it is the stakes industry’s changing trends and interacting forces roll towards the company. Well, I believe it is the company’s maintaining of its culture that poses a great challenge and has a great need to be regularly addressed. All other scenarios are conquerable but the biggest of them is maintaining the culture that lies at the core of a company.

Many organisations often overlook the way in which their work culture is advancing. They, sometimes, believe that other aspects of the business are more crucial. However, it is the values and ethics you imbibe in your company that provides it a stronghold and ensures carrying on of the legacy. Moreover, to build a legacy business and scale it up with generations, one needs to have that kind of a leadership force that maintains these values and ethics. Certainly, the right leadership could (and should) influence an organisation’s culture in multiple ways. Those ways are:

Maintaining the Organizational Unity
The Right Leadership identifies the necessity to maintain the Organizational Unity. It ensures that the same is enforced within the Workplace and is carried forward as a part of the Working DNA. The prime method of maintaining this Unity is through confirming that one's team understands and acquires the vision that the company holds. The Leadership Values and Work Ethics need to be fostered consistently into the Working DNA so that the people have same kind of belongingness and understanding towards the company which ultimately brings unity into their thoughts.

The Right Leadership understands the importance of Team building activities to keep the Team-spirit upright amongst the people. This, in turn, enriches the work culture at the company ultimately contributing to the Employee Wellness and Employee Engagement. Also, a Good Leader helps the employees completely understand their roles, rather than feeling alien in a new set up. The workplace is somewhere the individuals spend most of their time, which is why, it's highly important to maintain harmony within the organisation and in the hearts of the people with respect to their work and interpersonal bonds with colleagues. And the employee engaging activities help maintain that.

Bringing Out The Best In People
A Good Leader strives to bring out the best in people. He/she understands how important it is for one to feel happy and satisfied with one's job. In order to bring this aspect into play, one could begin by delegating work. By doing this, one can realize the potential of one's people and at the same time, set them up with some responsibility that allows them to prove their capabilities. Not only that, but the right leadership also teaches how to equate responsibility with accountability, ultimately processing ownership at the workplace. When people begin taking onus and the space to do so is provided to them, do they stand accountable and yield multifold results for the company.

Also, a Good Leader shows the way rather than going the way handholding the people. Often when people struggle finding solutions, they look forward to their leader to provide them with solution. But where is the growth when people do not go all out and explore what possible solutions could be available? Therefore, by enabling the co-workers grow their skills and explore, the real leaders prepare them for future and help them in learning how to survive.

Understanding Their Responsibility Towards Their People Is More Important
In the leadership of the right individual, people will always feel protected and know that somebody has got their back. Good leaders understand that their team relies over them for individual sustainability needs. No matter how big a failure company might face, such torchbearers always feel the necessity to get up and make sure that they outdo the responsibility they hold towards the team. Good leaders value their team and ensure that the people feel at home when at workplace. They are always accessible and 'emotionally available' when the team has any grievances or new ideas to share. They focus upon building the people and encouraging them for not only professional but also their personal growth.

Participating Proactively
Participation of the leader mirrors what is expected of the employees as well. Therefore, the right leaders always participate in activities along with their team. They take pleasure in enjoying various events and festivities that are celebrated at the workplace. Not only this, as a leader one also ensures participation into charitable acts. By showcasing Community involvement, they give their time and money into something that stands substantial in the betterment of the society. They believe in the act of "giving" and are the seekers of "change". They aspire to put their company's position at a pro-social place in the society. By positioning the organisation and its people in such a way, they lead to inspire the world outside to contribute into the betterment of the environment as well.

Aiming Beyond Just Bringing Results
As a Leader, one has the important job of encouraging results. But at the same time, what would probably be the crux of it all if one doesn't enjoy one's work? If the fun is lacking? If one does not build up more positive interpersonal relationships with the people they spent most of their day? Well, a good leader has to do with all these facts and aim towards making the work culture as exciting as possible. Just as they plan, work, execute and achieve with their team, the real leaders also celebrate success whole-heartedly with their team. They ensure that there is something new to learn and experience everyday at the workplace. And the people feel super charged and energised when heading towards work every single morning. Therefore, the responsibility of maintaining the work culture not only rests upon a particular department of the company. It is a phenomenon that could be best maintained and mirrored by the Company's Leaders themselves. After all, the Leader best portrays what is expected of the employees and leads through example, ultimately, shaping and maintaining the culture of the company.
