Management Development Programme is developed for corporate professionals and is taught at Kolkata and Bhubaneswar campuses. The VGSoM curriculum is also inclusive of short term courses on ‘Intercultural Communication in Global Virtual Environment’,‘HR Analytics’ and ‘Sustainable Development - from Principles to Implementation’. The highly experienced faculty teaching these courses has 200 books and 25 articles published to their names. The sprawling campus of IIT Kharagpur comprises of a highly functioning Central Library is under the aegis of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development and comprises of 3.5 lakh documents in form of journals, books and several others.
