Sohil Chadha, Vice-ChairmanHigher Education across the world is on the verge of getting disrupted due to technological advancement. As technology will play a key role in education, ITS Engineering College, headquartered in Greater Noida, has always been instrumental in propelling its engineers towards creativity and innovation. The institute has believed in the philosophy that Innovative Technocrats Sparkle (ITS) everywhere. To systematically foster the culture of innovation among its engineers, the college established the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) as per the guidelines of MHRD.

"In 2020, ITS has been ranked in Band A among top 25 Innovative Higher Education Private Universities/ Institutions across India in the ARIIA (Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements) announced by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. We had 674 higher education institutions (HEIs) participate in this pan India ranking. ARIIA, implemented through AICTE and MHRDs Innovation Cell, is meant to rank all major HEIs based on the indicators related to promotion and support of innovation and entrepreneur-ship development amongst students and faculties. The e-Award Ceremony was held on 18 August 2020 in the kind presence of Hon'ble Vice-President of India, Shri M.Venkaiah Naidu & Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal `Nishank' Hon'ble Education Minister. Industry Ready Engineers
For the students who want to join corporates, ITS is bridging the gap between courses and the industry requirements. The students are trained for industry required skills in advanced labs. ITS Engineering College has nine company certified labs, known as Centres of Excellence (CoE), where classes and labs are set up. COEs are established for Industry leaders, such as, Apple iOS, SMC Pneumatics, BMW, National Instruments, Rockwell Automation, SYSCOM, R Systems, and e-Yantra. These special labs equip the students with the latest skills and technologies. Because of this innovative education system, the institute helps its students be selected by the top recruiters across different industries such as TCS, Zycus, Reliance, BYJU's, NIIT, Amazon, and HCL, Accenture and many more. The 2000+ Alumni circle makes it easy for the students to network and explore more career opportunities. With the futuristic start-up policy, the college makes sure that its students become future leaders and successful entrepreneurs.
Furthermore, in 14 years, the institute came up with various start-ups, innovations, and patents. Some of its successful start-ups include low-cost tabletop portable laser cutting machine, which is run without any laptop or computer, pneumatic based rice threshing machine that reduces human fatigue and enhances the quality of threshing. Additionally, in the worldwide pandemic situations, ITS Engineering College also launched many novel innovations. One of the notable innovations is Krishna the multi-functional Covid specific robot that can perform RFID scanning, auto-thermal scanning, ECG and blood pressure testing, and sanitizing unit for 2 meters. Its rapid currency sanitizing machine sanitizes the currency at 200 notes per minute with effective sanitization using aerosol, elevated temperature, and UVC radiation.

Navrachna Foundation
Navrachna Foundation is for Entrepreneurship Development, a subsidiary of ITS. Engineering College is a plat-form to assist and enable young entrepreneurs to initiate the commercial exploitation of technologies developed by them. It also enables budding entrepreneurs to showcase and test their abilities to run a start-up business. The center provides a range of resources that empower students, faculty, and staff to pursue entrepreneurial achievements. The entrepreneurial development improves people's lives, drives the economy, and helps innovators bridge the gap between the inventor and venture capitalist through three different government-supported incubation centers - Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Business Incubation Centre (BIC) and NewGen IEDC. Additionally, the entrepreneur-ship development efforts of ITS have been endorsed by Department of Science & Technology (DST) and also by Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the form of grants for the Entrepreneurship Development Cell & the Newgen-IEDC centres. ITS has been one of the very few colleges pan India, to receive this grant.

While speaking about their effective methodology, a major focus of ace has been towards the execution of the strategies across the two vital areas the turnover of the staff in school, and skilling them in a manner that is timely and completely research driven
