As the sole representative of India among the 16 selected global youth leaders, this recognition underscores the profound influence of his efforts and positions him as a visionary leader on the world stage as a special invitee of the US Cultural Ministry.

Gazzali's dedication to education and the development of young minds shines through his role as the Managing Trustee and Director of the Nilgiri College of Arts and Science in Tamil Nadu, India. With an enrollment of around 1500 students from diverse backgrounds, the college, under his visionary leadership, strives to mold a future generation driven by noble ambitions. At its heart, his vision seeks to foster a dynamic learning community that encourages students to explore their potential fully. Nilgiri College of Arts and Science has received the highest grade of A++ in the education quality test conducted by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) among higher education institutions in the country. The institution has achieved the highest score(CGPA 3.594) in the first cycle of NAAC A++ accreditation. Nestled in a serene village amidst the lush green fields, the college is a towering epitome of state-of the-art facilities. The unique blending of traditional value systems and novel teaching-learning practices offers the learners the real spirit of holistic education.

With an educational background that includes MA (Calicut University)and MBA (Bharathiar University). Executive Programme in Strategic Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management(IIM), Lucknow, and Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss School of Business Management, Geneva. Gazzali possesses a solid foundation in strategic management. However, his expertise extends well beyond education and social leadership. He is highly regarded as a trainer, mentor, and life coach, with an outstanding track record in strategic leadership, business expansion, wealth and investment management, team building, and personal growth. Accepted worldwide for his mind blowing oratorical skills and training sessions, Gazzali has been leading organizations and individuals in achieving their premeditated goals by applying effective management and leadership techniques. Holding training programs in 13 countries across the globe so far, professionals from more than 17 nationalities participated in his sessions. Gazzali shares, “Through conducting training programs and coaching sessions worldwide, I had the privilege to share my knowledge and expertise with professionals from multinational organizations across multiple countries”.
