In this dynamic landscape, Little Millennium stands out as a leader with presence in 150+ cities and the network of 750+ schools offering progressive early years education that emphasizes the holistic development of young minds; they believe in philosophy that cherishes the individuality of each child and encourages children to explore their passions and interests, setting a strong foundation for their future.
With our recent discussion with the brand, Sajid Ali, CEO shares, "Our company's journey into the preschool sector began around 2008, driven by a commitment to deliver comprehensive early childhood education with a structured, balanced approach. Initially focusing on major cities, we expanded to over 750 preschools nationwide. Our curriculum is uniquely designed to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth, integrating diverse methodologies for a holistic learning experience.
Recently, we incorporated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to instill social responsibility from an early age. In order to maintain consistent quality across its network, the firm implements strong support and monitoring systems, including academic coordinators, regular training, audits, and a grading system, ensuring each school meets core standards”.
Thriving on Quality
At Little Millennium, every preschool functions as a unified entity, guided by a strong leader dedicated to maintaining quality, discipline, and a nurturing
atmosphere. The organization prioritizes academic, marketing, and leadership training to ensure long-term stability, providing ongoing support that boosts teacher retention. Adherence to infrastructure standards, such as child-friendly furniture, non-toxic finishes, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, is essential. Furthermore, property selection is conducted through a comprehensive 32-point checklist that evaluates aspects like safety, road access, and neighborhood dynamics. The final approval comes from the CEOs, along with thorough team profiling and monitoring from the franchise application stage to the school's execution.
“At Little Millennium, we believe that holistic child development is crucial, especially during the early years. To support this vision, our preschool incorporates a variety of enriching activities into the curriculum, focusing on arts such as music and dance, as well as promoting physical wellness through innovative yoga sessions. Understanding that traditional yoga can be difficult for young children, we have introduced ‘Story Yoga’, where teachers tell engaging stories that children act out, seamlessly integrating yoga poses in a playful manner. This fun and accessible approach to yoga enhances the children's experience.
Additionally, we prioritize social skills through team-building events, such as our ‘Little Millennium Kickers Club,’ where kids engage in football, and celebrate caring and sharing during the Joy of Giving festival. We also encourage our little ones to run for a cause with initiatives like the Pledge Against Child Abuse Kids Marathon and Walkathon, among many other exciting events” reiterates Anand R,CEO.

Expansion Plans Ahead
“Our plans are geared towards expanding our educational outreach to underserved regions, with the goal of delivering high-quality preschool education to a broader audience. We have successfully established a strong presence in 150+ cities across India, where our dedicated local teams efficiently manage various sectors. Building on this successful model, we are now focused on extending our reach into semi-urban and rural areas, ensuring that children across the country have access to quality education.
With 70 percent of the population residing in these regions, we recognize the importance of addressing this disparity, even if it poses logistical challenges”, states Sajid Ali. The preschool is also incorporating technology into its curriculum to prepare children for a technology-driven future, introducing age-appropriate tools like AI. These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to providing transfor-mative education and reaching more children across diverse communities.
