Through a guardian group system, students are organized into groups, each led by a dedicated faculty member. This setup fosters open discussions about academic, personal, and career matters. The assigned guardian professors maintain consistent communication with their respective groups, overseeing the seamless progress of their academic pursuits,” highlights Dr. Megha.
Furthermore, TSCER aims for holistic learner development, nurturing hidden talents for success. Student teachers participate in diverse co-curriculars, promoting teamwork, creativity, and healthy competition. Activities are organized year-round.
