With the cornerstone on preparing fast track management careers the B-School conducts PGDM, Post Graduate Programme in Management International Business(PGPM-IB) and Executive Education programmes wherein these courses not only give students a sense of strategic outlook and management problems, but also exposes them to a global view of the economic, technological, cultural, and political environment of the corporate world. Divided into four distinct sections, students are encouraged to take the Foundation Programme followed by General Management Programme and Industry Internship. After successful completion of training, students are admitted to one of the Schools of Excellence for their specialization. Students need to appear in and pass the Globsyn Aptitude Test (GAT) examination to take admission in aforementioned programs.

Modern Approaches
Moving away from traditional method of education, GBS fuses Experiential Learning into its curriculum that not just exposes students to application based learning but also gives them opportunity to work with corporates, thereby helping them to apply their academic learning into reallife business scenarios. Case based learning, live projects and industry visits, form a part of the Experiential Learning pedagogy at GBS. Besides exposing students to cutting-edge research, these sessions simulates real life business scenarios and familiarize them with actual situations that they might face in their future corporate careers.
