The UGC NET December 2023 exam results are scheduled to be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on January 17. The official website hosting the UGC NET December 2023 results link is ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The examinations took place from December 6 to December 14, with a total of 9,45,918 candidates participating in 292 exam cities nationwide.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the provisional answer keys for the UGC NET December 2023 exam. Candidates had the opportunity to raise objections against the answer key until January 5. However, the final answer key for the UGC NET December 2023 exam has not been released at this time.

According to the UGC NET December 2023 marking scheme, each question carried two marks and no negative marks would be cut for incorrect responses. Questions unanswered, un-attempted or marked for review would also not fetch any marks.

In the UGC NET December 2023 exam, if a question is identified as incorrect, ambiguous, or having multiple correct answers, only candidates who attempted the question and selected one of the correct answers will be credited for their response.

If a question is deemed incorrect and subsequently dropped, candidates who attempted that specific question will receive two marks. This decision may result from human or technical errors. In the case of multi-shift papers, the raw marks obtained by candidates in different shifts and sessions during the UGC NET December 2023 exam will be converted to NTA score and percentile.
