A study presided over by LinkedIn named ‘2016 Leadership Talent Challenges’ reveals that 78 percent of HR decision-makers in the country feel that it’s difficult to fill leadership positions in their organizations. One of the predominant hindrances is the dearth of first-hand acquaintance of opportunities arising from the dynamic business environment. The campus also has one of the most celebrated Management-Fests in the state under its belt- Abhivrudhi, where in students from various business schools participate every year. The Incubation Center
The institute has signed MOU with the industrial leaders including, but not limited to, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, and Texas Instruments. Prithvi adjoins, “Coupled with counseling and focused soft-skill training provided, it’s not only that we get more than 80 percentage of our graduates ‘campus-placed’ every year, but also the salary packages are sizeable against the norms. Our students get placed with remuneration ranging from Rs.3.5 lakh to Rs.6 lakh per annum”.

The Comprehensive Development of Students
The campus is spread along 11 acres in the heart of Ballari, Karnataka, where all in-house facilities such as indoor sports complex, hockey, football & cricket grounds, air conditioned classrooms & seminar hall, labs and libraries that provide extensive knowledge source are availed. The entire campus being a WiFi zone (including many high-speed centers), BITM provides hostel facilities for both gents and ladies. Other recreational facilities like gym and yoga are also offered, aiming at the overall development of students.

Progressing every day under the aegis of Dr. Yashvanth Bhupal(Director), who has won ‘Vanijya Ratna’ award from Chamber of Commerce for his contributions towards society and Dr GP Dineshb (Dean-Management Studies), BITM also actively participates in the national service scheme(NSS) to contribute their part in uplifting the society. Manifesting its intensity, the campus won ‘One of the Best Colleges Award’ under Swachch Bharart Mission, standing second in Karnataka. Blood donation camps are also conducted by the college towards inculcating social responsibilities in students.
