With a humble beginning in 2014, Borthakur’s IAS Academy (BIAS) based out of Assam was initiated with a sole intention of augmenting capacity building for willing participants and students of Northeastern region to appear in the UPSC and APSC conducted examinations. Back then, coaching for India’s most desired career, civil services was available in the tier-1 cities.
