The program concentrates on thrust areas like reasoning, aptitude, soft & technical skills and is an integral part of the syllabus from the first year itself. In order to develop students towards industry acceptance, AEC associates with assessment partners (Co-Cubes and AMCAT) who perform periodic evaluations (50 assessments in seven semesters & two typical pre-assessments), guide them throughout the courses, and conducts pre-placement training drives wherein industry experts edify graduates on different aspect of recruitment process enabling them to face the campus drives confidently. These unique measures aid the college to place recent pass-out batch (316 students) at some of the premier companies. “The primary motto of CRT program is to find a right job at the right time, i.e. before the course completion of every student. This resulted in the constant rise of the number of companies visiting campus and
conducting campus recruitment every year,” says N. Satish Reddy, Vice Chairman, AEC.
