In order to have overall development of every individual student, many advanced teaching and academic propositions are introduced every year. Virtual Labs are introduced for students’ practice during pandemic. With a motive of providing 100% employment opportunities, Campus Recruitment Training Sessions (CRT) are held from First year. Techtalk, an innovative method is introduced to enhance students’ presentation skills. Mandatory Research Article Publication is introduced for both the staff and students.
Coming through the Challenges of the Pandemic
While Covid-19 had a volcanic impact on all of us including learners, parents, teachers and leaders, homes were transformed into classrooms and colleges impelled into a virtual space overnight. Net-working and insufficient data for the students of remote areas, Training Programms related to placements, and the Teaching Learning Process in general ware compromised. In order to address these challenges, the institute has provided online placement related Training Programmes to grab the opportunities extended by various globally accepted companies. To make the teaching livelier as of class room teaching, staff
members are encouraged to prepare PPTs, animated videos for delivering lectures. If any student misses the online class due to network/data problem, they can access the lectures from the college website through LMS, where recorded video lectures are available for all the courses.
The college strictly adheres and maintains the norms laid down by UGC, AICTE, APSCHE, and JNTUA. The institute maintains apparent admission process as per the norms of the AICTE and APSCHE. The ‘A’ category seats will be filled by APEAPCET. The ‘B’ category seats will be filled as per the guidelines of APSCHE. The various courses offered by the college are made available in the college website. Online enquiry and online submission of applications for ‘B’ category seats can be done through college’s web portal. Admission Committee processes all the applications received for various courses and admissions are done accordingly every year.

Companies today use various techniques like Aptitude and technical written tests, JAM, Group Discussions, personal interviews etc. to evaluate candidates. To face these challenging Interviews, the institute prepares the students right from the first year of joining the B.Tech course through a well-designed Employability & Skilling Enhancement program. To ensure a good performance in these selection processes and thus get a good job, Audisankara College trains the students in several proficiencies like soft skills, resume preparation, Group Discussion, Programming Skills, FAQs, JAM, and training on the latest trends in each programme through APSSDC etc. This helps students to cross each of the various levels of interviews that companies conduct.

Keeping the strengths and weaknesses of the students, more importance is laid on communication skills, leadership qualities and expertise in core domains.
Audisankara holds an exclusive full-fledged training and placement cell with qualified Placement Officer and two additional TPOs. Each year, more than 85% of eligible students are hired by the globally renowned companies like HCL, Mphasis, IBM, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Snovasys, NS Instruments, Greentech etc.

Keeping in view the industry needs, the institute has added two new programs in emerging areas B.Tech CSE (Artificial Intelligence) &B.Tech CSE (Data Science). Audisankara obtains 100% admissions in the demanding programs like CSE, ECE and upto 90% of admissions in the rest of the programs.
