Project Sarthi is a Leadership Development initiative led by IiPM (Indian Institute of Petroleum Management) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited, using Coachwale as a partner. The goal, as the name implies was to develop critical leadership capabilities for the organization's core leaders. To provide continuous learning opportunities for building capability and leadership development, Indian Oil has launched several ground-breaking HR initiatives. As part of the organization's focus on 'Investing in Our People,' lndian Oil is now launching ‘Sarthi’, a one-on-one executive coaching intervention that has been conceptualized and designed to develop future leaders by unlocking their inherent potential and aligning their progress with the corporation's vision, mission, and objectives. The entire One-on-One Coaching process was designed in a way that the coach assists in the integration of the current framework, Job Role Expectations, and the individual's desire to grow and be influential in the process.
