Indeed, it is the exposure to real world challenges, which is making the institute different from others. "Here, all the programs lead to an intense period of personal and professional transformation. This prepares students for challenges in any field anywhere in the world whereas in most of the institutes, the course curriculum is largely theoretical in nature and students are not aware of the applications of the concepts in real life working situations," says Poonam Sharma, Group Director, AIMT. The institute provides more of hands on training to the students along with the inclusion of certification programs like digital marketing, google adwords, ERP, six sigma, business analytics and voice and accent training. "We expose them to case study method of teaching and learning, which forces the student to think and come out with innovative solutions to the tough problems faced by industry," adds Poonam.

Case Studies act as an integrated, important and indispensable part of the curriculum at Accurate. The students fully participate in all the three phases- development of case
studies, analyzing case studies, and solving case studies by applying the concepts and tools of management. This facilitates holistic learning process in the area of management and is in line with the internationally accepted teaching pedagogy. The case study method of teaching provides the students with the analytical skills to handle the real life scenario in a higher degree of comfort. All students participate in the case study exercises individually as well as in groups, which also facilitate and enhance team spirit.Further, it is the right motivation, which is taking its students to newer heights. "Our team members also encourage the students to involve in various extra-curricular activities beyond their campus life. For example, PGDM students under the guidance of professors have chosen few orphanages in Noida where the students have been conducting a series of activities including motivational sessions, cultural activities and sponsorship," pinpoints Poonam. The teachers believe that management education cannot be taught by restricting to classrooms only, therefore the teachers lead the students from the front in accomplishing

various live projects in market. "We also take out our students to various activities like quiz competition, debate, seminar, sports, and spiritual activities to ensure the holistic development of the students," adds Poonam.

The institute also includes club activities wherein the students from various disciplines form their respective clubs and organize simulation games, quizzes and seminars at the Intra-Institute level, which form the essence of Management Games. "KBA- Kaun Banega Accuratian was a successful event organized and these kinds of activities develop their academic insight and managerial skills," says Poonam. on. "A talk on Mumbai dabbawalas was successfully managed by the students and faculty members and these students also get the opportunity to attend seminars and national conferences on Finance, Marketing, HR and IT in order to enhance their managerial capabilities," claims Poonam.

With the right exposure, the institute also ensures employment prospects for its students with a pivotal placement process. For each specialization different job prospects and pay packages are provided and till now, we have been able to get the maximum package of 8.5 LPA. We are approached by companies like Microsoft, Data 64, Indian Navy, Capital IQ, ACS Global, Linkedin, Appstudioz, Cummins and many more. A dedicated Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) is active within the institute to enhance the exposure of the students to the corporate world enacting as an interface between the institution and the industry.The CCR also focuses on final placement as well as arranges summer internship for the students. It is the strong relations maintained by the CCR with the corporate world, which is facilitating the students with the real life exposure. The institute also organizes visits to other global universities to provide a hands-on experience and they get a glimpse of the cultural barriers in their way. The students' visits to various foreign universities like University of Auckland, New Zealand and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, give them the International Academic and Industrial exposure for their management skill enhancement.
