Established in the year 2001, Aditya Engineering College is brought to you by Aditya Academy, Kakinada. Aditya Academy has three colleges under its umbrella, namely - Aditya Engineering College (Autonomous), Aditya College of Engineering and Technology (NAAC), and Aditya College of Engineering (NAAC). The college follows a systematic procedure to support slow learners and enhance the skills of advanced learners. "Each student is given personal attention during their course of study," remarks Dr. N. Sesha Reddy, Chairman.

Every department supervises the academic performance of the student and also keeps track of each student's personal well-being. "The proctors and the course instructors interact with each student and counsel them for their academic growth. Through these measures, the institute is consistently securing gold medals at university-level examinations. More emphasis is given to the employability of students. The learnercentric approach provided students a free hand in learning. Students have shown considerable improvement in their overall performance. This resulted in a significant increase in the placement when compared with the previous academic year," he informs.

Aditya Engineering College believes that learning is not just confined to the classroom. Currently, Aditya Engineering College is preparing for the second cycle of accreditation for NAAC. The institute aims to accredit all its UG programs to NBA. In the long term, it aspires to attain the status of `Deemed to be University.'
