There are tons of information floating on the internet about why you do not need to do an MBA. But the reality is quite different from the perception present online. We can easily find several startups being run by engineers who later acquired B-School certifications to learn the nitty gritties of running a company like a star! Though leadership is considered an inborn talent, today's B-Schools are at the forefront of creating global leaders who can run their firm successfully or can lead global companies like a pro.

For long, IIMs have been considered as the breeding grounds for creating managerial leaders. But in the past decade, this perception has been painted with a different brush. Today, we see many B-Schools having already carved their space among the IIMs. Through their international collaborations, student & faculty exchange programs, world-class state-of-the-art infrastructure and industry-aligned curriculum and more, these B-Schools are attracting students from across the globe.
